Fishing Lease

We offer a lease on two private reservoirs in central Nevada. Iowa Canyon Reservoir and Callahan Reservoir are located in the northern end of the Toiyabe Range. Both mountain reservoirs sit in some of the most pristine country Nevadas has to offer, and offer a superior trout fishing experience. Iowa Canyon is chock full of 12”-24” Cut-bow trout. You will also find rainbow trout, Brooke trout . The fishing is as good as it gets. Non-stop action while spinner fishing, grab the fly rod and it only gets better. On most years, it gets cold enough that the reservoir freezes hard enough to ice fish. Callahan is the reservoir you go to when you want to feel like an expert. Action-packed fishing while catching 8”-15” rainbow and brooke trout. Both reservoirs have great camp grounds and offer a great isolated getaway. The lease gives you unlimited access to both reservoirs one week every month. There are three groups of lessee’s, 10 people per group. Group A has access to the reservoirs the first week of every month, Group B has access to the second week of every month, Group C has access to the third week of every month. The reservoirs are closed the last week of every month to give the fish a break.
